Civil & Construction

Built with purpose. Considered in every detail.

Homes, renovations, commercial buildings and the civil works that support them. Explore the construction packages, site preparation, concrete, drainage and finishing work that turn a drawing into a place that works.

For homeowners, property owners, developers and commercial clients.

Service areas

Define the work.
Know the deliverables.

These are starting points for a scoped discussion. The written proposal confirms the services and deliverables for your project.

Residential homes & new builds

Plan the whole build, from site preparation and foundations through the structure, services and finishes. Develop a coordinated construction scope around the home you want, the site you have and the decisions that still need to be made.

Explore scope & deliverables ↗

Possible scope outputs

  • Defined work areas and a scope for pricing
  • A record of inclusions, exclusions and information still required
  • Proposed delivery stages and dependencies

Commercial construction & fit-outs

Commercial builds, industrial premises and fit-outs planned around how the space will operate. Connect structural work, building services, finishes, access and external infrastructure in one construction scope.

Explore scope & deliverables ↗

Possible scope outputs

  • Work packages and interfaces with existing services
  • Access, staging and operational constraints
  • A quotation basis with provisional items identified

Possible scope outputs

  • Scope and quantity assumptions for the proposed works
  • Ground, access and existing-service information gaps
  • Design and investigation requirements to resolve before delivery

From brief to build

Make the scope work before the work starts.

A clear drawing set is only one part of a build. Site conditions, approvals, trade interfaces and the sequence of work all affect the price and programme.

  1. Establish the basis

Confirm the purpose, available information, applicable requirements and the project stage.

  2. Resolve the gaps

Identify the missing evidence, technical interfaces and decisions that affect the scope.

  3. Define the deliverable

Agree the outputs, review process, responsibilities, price basis and next steps in writing.

Your project brief

Bring what you have.
We’ll identify the gaps.

Start with a short summary. Let us agree the document list and transfer method before sending confidential or large files.

Prepare my enquiry ↗
  1. Site address or suburb and your contact details
  2. What you want to build, change or investigate
  3. Plans, photographs and dimensions already available
  4. Known access, ground or existing-building constraints
  5. Target timing and any council correspondence

Common questions

Before we begin.

Can I enquire before I have drawings?

Yes. Describe the site, the intended work and the decisions you need help with. We can identify which drawings, investigation or specialist input are needed to develop a quotation.

What will the quotation include?

The written proposal should set out the agreed scope, deliverables or work items, price basis, assumptions, exclusions and timing. Unknown quantities or information will be identified rather than treated as confirmed.

Can you help with council correspondence?

Tell us which council you are dealing with and share the specific request or reference number. We can discuss a scope for drawings and technical information. Required approvals and the responsible consultants are confirmed for the individual project.

Is a website enquiry a building contract?

No. An enquiry starts a scope discussion. Delivery arrangements, required registrations, insurance, approvals and contract terms must be confirmed before work is accepted.
